PostalPoint supports the U.S. and Canada. You can use PostalPoint in other countries by contacting support.
In PostalPoint's advanced settings, you can customize the language used for you and for customers, setting each one to your choice of English, Simplified English, Spanish, French, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, or Tagalog. If you need a language not listed, contact us and we'll add it.
Overseas territories
PostalPoint can be used in U.S. territories, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
However, many credit card processors do not support in-person card payments in some of these locations. This includes Stripe and Square, the two options built in to PostalPoint. We are working on finding and integrating additional card payment processors that do support overseas use.
