When a customer opens a mailbox, PostalPoint can show them your rental agreement and have them sign it electronically. Enter the text in Settings → Receiving → Mailbox Rental Agreement.
Type $box anywhere in the text and it's replaced with the customer's box number when the agreement is displayed. You can format the text with Markdown: start a line with # for a heading or * for a bullet point.
Most stores cover rental terms and renewal, late and closure fees, how long mail is held after a box closes, package size limits and storage fees, key replacement, and the boxholder's agreement to keep Form 1583 and ID current.
If you haven't ever set up the rental agreement, PostalPoint fills in the setting for you with a basic, generic one to get you started. Review it and make any changes you need.
