Windows SmartScreen sometimes shows this "blue box" warning for programs it hasn't seen very often. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with the file.
Click More info, then Run anyway, and follow the installer as normal. The first time PostalPoint runs, you may also see a firewall prompt; choose Allow so PostalPoint can sync with the other computers in your store.
