If you're having problems printing from PostalPoint on Windows, try installing the printer with Windows' built-in Generic / Text Only driver so PostalPoint's data passes through untouched.
In Windows, open Printers & Scanners, add a printer manually, choose the USB port the printer is connected to (usually USB001 or similar), then select manufacturer Generic and driver Generic / Text Only. Give it a recognizable name. In PostalPoint, go to Settings → Printers, select the printer language your printer uses (ZPL, EPL2, or TSPL2), pick the printer you just added, save, and print a test label.
If you're stuck, contact us or have a local IT person help. The same setup applies to receipt printers.
