Handling USPS Label Broker QR Codes

Last updated

USPS returns and online orders often give customers a QR code instead of a printable label. PostalPoint can print the label for you from that code.

Open Drop Off, scan the QR Code, and enter the customer's ZIP Code when prompted. If the code doesn't scan, click the USPS QR Code tab on the Drop Off screen, type in the 8-10 digit alphanumeric Label Broker ID code, and press Print Label. Once it prints, attach it, scan the package, and finish the drop-off as usual so the customer gets a receipt.

PostalPoint can automatically add a label printing fee to these transactions. Configure it in Settings → Markup & Tax → Shipping Markup in the Other tab.
